• Drawing need to be given by consumer.

• Other government fees such as Application fees, Agreement paper, intimation for area development charges, 2MMD, Infrastructure development charges are not included. These charges need to be bared by consumer as per intimation of respected department.

• Proper Documents required should be provided by consumer As per Karnataka electrical inspectorate conditions, if any deviation In buildings, customer has to coordinate with vendors for approvals.
• Other charges such as govt fees will be before starting of project and after approval of consumer it will be accepted.
• Warranty – 30 days.
• Payment Policy:
  • Service charges are fixed.
  • After the site survey, prices may vary based on mutual discussion between the user and the vendor.
  • The user must pay the full amount, including service charges and any additional costs from the vendor.
