• The prices are only for service charges of contractor.
• Includes the procedure such as Application submission, follow up with authority, inspection of authorities, handing over.
• This includes labour charges for installation of meter to meter board and hand over.

• The prices are only for service charges, other government fees are not included.
• Other government fees such as Application fees, Agreement paper, intimation for area development charges, 2MMD, Infrastructure development charges are not included. These charges need to be bared by consumer as per intimation of bescom.
• Apart from government fees no other charges are applicable.
• Material charges like meters, meter board, wires etc are extra if required.

• Proper documents required must be provided by the consumer.
• Other charges such as govt fees will be before starting of project and after approval of consumer it will be accepted.
• Warranty – 30 days.
• Payment Policy:
  • Service charges are fixed.
  • After site survey prices may add on according to the user and vendor interference.
  • User has to pay full amount including service charge and add ons from vendor.
