By using the app, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to comply with them.
Certain features of the app may require you to create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
HelloPower enables users to locate and book electrical services. All bookings made through the app are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers. Hollow Power Private Limited (Hello Power) is not responsible for any issues arising from the service booking or delivery.
You agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the app in violation of any laws or regulations.
- Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using the app or that may harm hellopower, its users, or expose them to liability.
- Use the app in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of the app.
HelloPower does not process payments for services. Any financial transactions, including payments for bookings, are handled directly between you and the service provider. Hollow Power Private Limited (Hello Power) is not responsible for financial disputes or transactions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the app, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hollow Power Private Limited (Hello Power), its affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app or related services.
